ENROLLMENT FEE
There is a $45.00 non-refundable, enrollment fee that covers pre-admission screening, comprehension evaluation and assessment.
Individuals and families have the option of selecting either half day (4-hours) or full day (8-hours). Day Habilitation Care cost varies according to the individual's need of care. Prior to enrollment potential members are evaluated to identify their specific needs to ensure they receive the appropriate assistance.
***Transportation*** will be available within "defined" areas surrounding the city of DeSoto (Dallas, Lancaster, Glen Heights, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Red Oak, and Ovilla,) Transportation fees are dependent on distance. TBD

The Day Habilitation Program at Gussie Mae is designed to support members who require staff assistance with mobility, toileting and incontinence care, meals, and health monitoring. All assistance is provided according to each member’s individualized level-of-need care assessment.
