What are the daily fees?
Costs are determined by each member’s level of need and whether they are enrolled as a member or non-member. Rates also vary based on Annual Enrollment for Full-Day or Half-Day participation, as well as Drop-In options.

What are the minimum Requirements for Attendance?
*Attendance Requirements: Enrolled Members are required to attend daily (except for excused sick and vacation absentees) in order to keep reserved spot.

Services & Care
What Health Professionals are on Staff ?
Licensed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission
Educated Registered Nurses (RN & LVN), which includes a Registered Medical Assistant, and Aide Assistants, w/Home Health Rehabilitation experience.
A Ministry Team Leader w/doctorate's degree in Philosophy in Health Administration who does checkpoints with the center.
Personal Care:
What Assistance is provided for daily needs?
Assistance is provided for eating, toileting, and transfers.
Medication: Medication is managed and dispensed by our Nurses and Registered Medical Assistants.
Which conditions are Accepted?

During enrollment status a pre-admission screening and comprehension evaluation will be assessed for final determination.
Activities:
What types of Social, Recreational, and Programs are offered?
Program activities include:
Demonstrations and participation in personal hygiene, eating, meal preparation, cleaning, ambulation and mobility, reinforcement of therapies, communication and socialization skill development, community and group activities, exercise, as well as non-certified medical and emergency skills training, including non-certified CPR and First Aid instruction.
Staff & Safety:
How are the emergencies handled? What procedures are in place to ensure members safety?
Safety and Emergency Procedures
Members are cared for by Licensed Nurses and Certified Assistants who are trained to respond to emergencies, including contacting 911 when necessary.
All doors remain securely locked during business hours to ensure safety.
Monthly fire drills are conducted, and detailed evacuation plans are in place for fire, severe weather, and other emergency situations.
Members will NOT be released to Unknown persons without prior authorization.
Meal Accommodation:
Snacks and water are available for members.
Meals are "not" available. Members are encouraged to bring lunches.
Food Allergies restrictions will be accommodated.
Is Transportation to and from the center provided?
Transportation: (TBD)
Will be available to within "defined" surrounding areas of the city of DeSoto. ( Dallas, Lancaster, Glen Heights, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Red Oak, and Ovilla.
Fees will be dependent on distance.
What are the days and hours of operation? What is the policy for late arrival or pick-up?

Late Pick-Up Policy
A late pick-up fee will be applied 20 minutes after closing for non-emergency situations or when parents/guardians have not contacted staff regarding the delay.
